Centreville, MD- Compass's Grief Support Services is excited to announce its upcoming Women's Retreat, scheduled for Friday, February 28 at 6:00pm until Sunday, March 2 at 12:00 pm at the Pecometh Riverway Retreat Center. This retreat promises to be an enriching experience, providing attendees with the opportunity to refresh, rejuvenate, and heal.
The Women's Retreat is designed as a gift to oneself, offering a weekend filled with transformative practices and meaningful activities. Participants will discover techniques aimed at reigniting the joyful spark within their souls and nurturing their minds and spirits, ultimately fostering a sense of enduring peace.
Throughout the weekend, women can expect a perfect balance of guided activities and personal flexibility, opportunities to reconnect, heal and align, and tools and support to help you leave feeling empowered and transformed.
The activities throughout the weekend are completely optional; it is your retreat, your way —if you feel called to sleep in, skip a yoga session, or spend some extra quiet time journaling, that's perfectly okay. This is your retreat to honor yourself and your journey.
Registration for the Women's Retreat is now open, with a cost of $250, which includes meals, room, group activities and more. Interested individuals are encouraged to contact Rhonda Knotts at rknotts@compassregionalhospice.org or 410-924-1374 to secure their spot and receive further information.
