In 1985, Compass began as a solely volunteer-based organization, with the aim of bringing comfort and support to those facing a terminal diagnosis and their caregivers. 38 years later, volunteers remain at the heart of our program. We rely on over 300 volunteers to provide care and companionship to those that need it most.
